Naomi Polin

Naomi Polin is a seasoned strategist and organizational development expert with a focus on advancing equity, inclusion, and belonging. As the Principal and Founder of Orchid Root Strategies, LLC, since January 2022, Naomi provides tailored services to funders and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Refugee Council USA and holding various consulting roles, Naomi has a proven track record in advocacy, strategic communications, and philanthropy, including successful grant applications and strategic planning initiatives. An alumna of the Women inPower Fellowship, Naomi holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Visual Arts from Emory University.
