Douglas Kim is a seasoned professional in the architectural lighting industry with extensive experience in project management and sales. Currently serving as Co-Events Coordinator and Founding Member at ALC - Asian Lighting Community since January 2023, Douglas is committed to promoting and supporting the growth of Asians in the field. As Regional Sales Manager at USAI Lighting since March 2022, Douglas leverages a strong background that includes a role in specification sales at O'Blaney Rinker Associates, managing $4M annually, and a Director position at GoodMart, overseeing a $1.2M monthly shipping operation. With previous project management experience at Chelsea Lighting NYC, managing $8M projects, and bidding extensive projects in earlier roles, Douglas demonstrates a deep expertise in the lighting industry.
