Laura Wagner

Laura Wagner has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1991 as a Customer Service Representative at General Chemical. Laura then worked at EXPRESS as a Sales Manager from 1994 to 1999. From 1999 to 2020, at Gulbrandsen Companies, Inc (Technologies and Chemicals), Laura held the position of Global Director, CS, and New Business Integration. In this role, they were responsible for directing all customer service activities across multiple regions and implementing systems for service improvement. In 2020, they joined G2O Technologies as the Director of Customer Service. Currently, Laura is working at USALCO as Senior Director, Customer Service and Supply.

Laura Wagner attended Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1992 to 1993, where they studied Business/Managerial Economics. Prior to that, they attended County College of Morris from 1989 to 1991 and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science. Additionally, Laura has a certification in CCL Leadership Training, although specific information regarding the institution, month, and year of obtaining the certification was not provided.
