Neil Chinai

Neil Chinai is an advisor at USAM Group Inc. and has over 25 years of experience in the financial technology industry. Neil has previously worked as a CIO for HSBC, Numerix, YEO Messaging, and USAM Group Inc. In their role as a CIO, they have been responsible for leading technology strategy and initiatives across the globe for Fixed Income, Emerging Markets, and Banking & Markets IT. Neil has also played a lead product role in defining product strategy as part of a team. In addition to their work as a CIO, Neil has also served as the Head of Americas Near Shore Development Center for Global Banking and Markets. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the near shore development center in Toronto and developing the workforce transformation strategy.

Neil Chinai has a Master of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics and Marketing from the University of Delaware.
