Rachel Honeywood has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rachel started their career as a Computer Lab Assistant at Freed-Hardeman University in 2001. In 2003, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at GE and later became the IT Director/Office Manager at Ashley Furniture Homestore. Rachel then joined Union University in 2004, troubleshooting computer problems, coordinating Macintosh labs, and handling software and hardware troubleshooting. In 2005, they worked as a Tier 2 Technical Support at Bank of New York before moving to Aspect Software in 2006. At Aspect Software, they initially served as a Technical Support Engineer and later became the Technical Support Lead. Rachel Honeywood then joined United States Advanced Networks (USAN) in 2011 as a Tier 3 SaaS Engineer, providing support for various communication products. Rachel was the primary point of support for all workforce management (WFM) related services and products and also performed installations of WFM software.
Rachel Honeywood received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Freed-Hardeman University, with a minor in Business, from the years 2000 to 2003. Rachel then pursued a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Capella University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010.
