Liz Amador

Liz Amador is a Senior Data Engineer at USANA Health Sciences and serves as Treasurer for the Society of Women Engineers. Additionally, Liz Amador functions as a Subject Matter Expert at Western Governors University, providing expertise for a new data analytics degree program. Previously, Liz Amador held roles such as Data Engineer II at Swire Coca-Cola, USA, and Data Engineer at The Larry H. Miller Company, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining ELT pipelines. As the Founder and Group Lead of the Women in Power BI User Group, Liz Amador fosters a supportive community for women in data science. Liz Amador's extensive experience at Western Governors University spans various positions, including Senior Data Engineer and Senior Data Analyst. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration/IT Management at South College, Liz Amador also possesses a Master of Science in Data Science and two Bachelor's degrees, one in Data Management and Data Analytics and another in Linguistics and English Language and Literature from the University of Utah.
