Tristan Sotto

Tristan Sotto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Dole Sunshine Company since November 2020, Tristan also works as a consultant for GLG and Guidepoint. Previous roles include Engineering Head at Universal Robina Corporation and Engineering Project Manager at Nestlé, where Tristan focused on CAPEX project management. In addition to manufacturing roles, Tristan has been actively involved with UNICEF as a Champion for Children since April 2014 and served as Past President of the Rotary Club of Cabuyao. Tristan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bataan Peninsula State University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
