David Kronenfeld

David has more than a decade of experience in working with rare earth mining and early stage companies. He graduated from Washington & Lee University where he majored in Chinese Language & Literature and European History. Following college, David earned his JD degree and Master of Laws in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to joining USA Rare Earth, David worked as a middle market investment banker, in-house counsel to a NASDAQ-listed deep sea exploration company, and in private law firm practice.
