Reilly West began their career in 2020 as an Equipment Engineer at Kiewit. Later that year, they moved to USA Rare Earth, LLC to take on the role of Research and Development Intern. In 2021, they transitioned to a Process Engineer at USA Rare Earth, LLC.
Reilly West obtained a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2021, and received a Bachelor of Science Metallurgical and Materials Engineering certification from the same institution in May of 2021.
