Sandra Alvidrez has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sandra currently holds the position of Marketing Manager at USC Credit Union since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Communications & Engagement Manager at The Whole Child from January 2020 to May 2021.

Their longest tenure was with the Los Angeles Times, where they held various roles from 1999 to 2019. During their tenure from July 1997 to June 1999, they project managed a joint-owned publication, Para Ti, between La Opinion and the Los Angeles Times. Sandra implemented business plans, consumer promotions, and initiated new marketing opportunities for advertising partners.

Sandra Alvidrez attended San Diego State University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. Their major was focused on Hispanic-American, Puerto Rican, and Mexican-American/Chicano Studies, with a minor in Art.
