Research Scientist In AI And Retinal Imaging at Doheny Eye Institute

Giulia Corradetti is a Research Scientist specializing in AI and retinal imaging at Doheny Eye Institute since January 2019, with a career goal focused on restoring vision and preventing the progression of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Giulia also serves as a Retina Specialist and Clinical Research Fellow at UCLA Health since September 2017, previously working in private and clinical practice as a Pediatric Ophthalmologist and Adult Strabismologist. In addition, Giulia completed a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at the Wright Foundation, and an ophthalmology residency at the Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele Milano. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Alma Mater Studiorum Bologna and various fellowships and training programs at UCLA.
