Agnes Vinblad has held a variety of roles in the fields of policy, sustainability, and social impact. In 2021, they began their role as Policy Manager, Environment and Sustainable Development at the United States Council for International Business (USCIB). In 2022, they began roles as Member of the Action Council on ESG in Business (B20 India), Deputy Member of the Integrity and Compliance Task Force (B20 Indonesia), Young Business Expert of the Business for Youth Network (Business at OECD), and Sustainability Fellow of the GPODS - Global Policy, Diplomacy, and Sustainability Fellowship. In 2019, they began their role as Project Officer of the Youth Solutions Program at the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network – Youth. In 2021, they began their role as Majority Leader Fellow at Supermajority and Expert Partner of the re_act for climate program at makesense. In 2020, they began their role as Member of the Global Selection Committee | Youth Sustainable Energy Hub, 2020 Cohort at the United Nations Major Group for Children and Youth. In 2019, they began roles as Associate Strategy Consultant and Startup Operations at Geigsen Group. In 2018, they began their role as Digital Strategy & Communications Associate at the Women's Global Leadership Initiative.

Agnes Vinblad has a diverse educational background. Agnes obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from Long Island University. Agnes also attended a summer program in Mandarin at Beijing Normal University, as well as The Asia Institute for Political Economy (AIPE) at The University of Hong Kong. Additionally, they obtained a TEFL-certificate (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) from Beijing Union University and a High School Diploma from Karolinska Skolan, Örebro (Swedish high school). Agnes also has several certifications, including a Climate Reality Leader from The Climate Reality Project (2021), Global Trends for Business & Society from Wharton Online (2020), UN SDSN Youth: Agenda 2030 & the SDGs from edX (2019), Bloomberg Market Concepts(BMC) from Bloomberg LP (2017), and a TEFL-certificate (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) from ImmerQi (2014).
