Irina Gonzalez

Irina Gonzalez is a dedicated professional with a strong background in psychology and education. Currently serving as a PSA Compliance Manager and formerly as a Case Manager at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants since May 2021, Irina has developed valuable skills in compliance and case management. Prior experience includes roles as an After School Teacher at The Guatemalan-Maya Center and an Online Tutor with Preply. Irina's extensive work in special needs education spans several positions, including Special Needs Therapist and FIE teacher at COLEGIO BAUTISTA CRISTIANO, where activities were tailored to children's cognitive learning needs. Irina holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo and has completed several internships focusing on mental health and gender-based violence prevention.
