Thomas Tryon

Thomas Tryon is an experienced educator currently serving as a Social Science Teacher at USD108 Washington County Schools since June 2020. In addition to this role, Thomas has been a Fire Direction Specialist in the Army National Guard since January 2015, managing advanced artillery systems and communication equipment valued at $2.5 million. Previous experience includes working as a Student Teacher at Valley Heights Jr/Sr High School and as a Substitute Teacher for Valley Heights School District, where Thomas gained experience in diverse classrooms. A graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Master of Education in Secondary Education, Thomas also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Kansas State University and an Associate of Arts from Cloud County Community College, where Thomas served as Student Senate President and Student Ambassador.
