Laurett Rivera

Laurett Rivera is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Principal Consultant for Digital Transformation in Manufacturing and Quality at USDM Life Sciences since October 2023. Rivera has extensive experience leading compliance and quality operations, having held senior roles at Takeda, including Head of Compliance and Systems and Head of Quality Strategy & Operations. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Shire, overseeing quality operations, and a leadership development program at Baxter Company Limited. Rivera’s educational background includes a Master of Business and Master of Science from Keck Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Cell, Molecular and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Riverside.
