Nathalie Miller is the head of customer success at Ascend. Nathalie previously worked as an innovation project manager and west coast tech banker at First Republic Bank from December 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, they were a strategic consultant from December 2016 to December 2019, and before that, they were the consultant/director of partnerships at Code2040 from October 2015 to March 2016. Nathalie Miller also has experience as a co-founder and CEO, having served in that capacity at Doxa Score from September 2014 to December 2015. Nathalie has also worked in product and operations at Instacart from December 2013 to September 2014, and in business development and operations at Vayable from April 2013 to November 2013. Nathalie Miller holds a PhD in sociology from UC Berkeley, which they obtained while also working as a research fellow at UNESCO from January 2007 to January 2008.

Nathalie Miller completed their undergraduate degree at Harvard University with a Bachelor of Science in an unspecified field. Nathalie then went on to earn their Master's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
