Irina Volkova

Chief Customer Officer at Usedesk

Irina Volkova started their work experience in customer service as a Customer Service Specialist at Nestlé Nespresso in 2010. Irina then worked as an Analyst from 2012 to 2014 and later became an Operations and Workforce Manager from 2014 to 2017. Irina then joined Skyeng as the Head of Customer Service from October 2017 to January 2020. In 2020, they became the Customer Service and Sales Director at Chefmarket.ru until June 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Usedesk, starting from July 2021.

Irina Volkova attended the Moscow College of Automation and Electronics from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Accounting. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics at the University of the Russian Academy of Education from 2006 to 2010.
