Shawn Anderson

Shawn Anderson currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Glass, focusing on team management and mentoring. Previously, Shawn held the position of VP of Engineering at Pavilion, overseeing team building and tech stack planning. As a Senior Director of Engineering at divvyDOSE, Shawn progressed from Director of Engineering to Engineering Manager. At Fractured Atlas, Shawn served as Chief Technology Officer, contributing to executive leadership and strategic decision-making, while also leading a geographically dispersed engineering team. Earlier experience includes a role as VP of Software Engineering, where Shawn optimized a technology portfolio and significantly expanded the engineering team, as well as Project Manager and Software Developer roles at Gemini SBS. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Hampshire College.
