Elif Derya Mercan

Elif Derya Mercan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience and Learning at Insider since April 2018, Elif leads strategic initiatives to enhance the customer journey and promote continuous learning. Previous roles include Shareholder and Senior Partner Experience Manager, where process improvements and customer satisfaction were key focuses. Elif has held various positions in operational account management and business development, demonstrating expertise in managing customer relationships, driving technology adoption, and overseeing marketing initiatives. Elif holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Yeditepe University and is an alumnus of the Türkiye Girişimcilik Vakfı Fellow Program.
