Firuza Iminova

Firuza Iminova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Insider since September 2015, currently serving as the Director of Customer Onboarding & Integration for the EMEA region and a shareholder, actively participating in strategic business decisions. Previous roles include Head of Accounts and Customer Success Lead for the ANZ region, where a strong focus on team development and change management was demonstrated. Firuza also held positions such as Head of Global Operational Account Managers and Senior Operational Account Manager, facilitating customer relationships and enhancing user experiences. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Lead at Istturist, a startup catering to Russian-speaking tourists, and a strong educational background with a Master's degree in History of the Middle Age from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and a Bachelor's degree in Latin Language and Literature from Istanbul University.
