Gabriela Fernandes

Gabriela Fernandes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and executive assistance across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Insider since October 2021, Gabriela previously held the role of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for Latam. Prior to Insider, Gabriela worked at FARFETCH from January 2019 to October 2021, providing administrative support to the VP for Latam, and at Concentrix as an Executive Assistant to the Country General Manager from December 2017 to January 2019. Gabriela's career began at Grupo Habib's, where responsibilities included managing calendars and administrative tasks for the Expansion Director. Academically, Gabriela holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from FIA Business School and bachelor's degrees in Executive Secretariat and Business Administration from FECAP and Escola Superior Paulista de Administração, respectively.
