Hizkia Prana Lemuel is an experienced professional in customer success and digital campaign management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Insider. Hizkia has held prominent roles at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, including CLM: Head of Digital Campaign Automation and Operation, and contributed as a Growth Hacker for Project Windmill (Switch Mobile). As a co-founder of HATO LABS and CEO & Co-Founder at VexGift, Hizkia has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Additionally, Hizkia led the R&D Team at Vexanium. Hizkia holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University, completed in 2017, and attended SMA Taruna Nusantara Magelang from 2010 to 2013.
