Ilker Ayaz

Ilker Ayaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, operations, and software development. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Support and Customer Onboarding at Insider, Ilker has also held roles such as VP of Global Customer Support and Head of Operational Excellence. Prior to Insider, Ilker was the Operations Director at Immfly, where significant improvements in customer service were achieved through the implementation of new strategies. Previous positions include Senior Product Manager at skyz.tech and various roles at Argela Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed project management, customer engagement, and technical analysis. Ilker's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Koç University and a Micro MBA from Istanbul Technical University.
