Kerem Okudan

Kerem Okudan serves as the Head of Software Development Team for Customer Success and Shareholder at Insider since October 2020, where expertise includes Agile Team Management, Engineering Management, and Program Management. Since February 2025, Kerem has also been a Faculty Lecturer at Galatasaray Üniversitesi, teaching undergraduate courses in Industrial Engineering and Agile Team Leadership in the Software Industry. Prior roles include General Manager and Managing Director across several companies, focusing on strategic planning, business development, and sales organization. Kerem's earlier career encompasses positions in production planning and logistics, system administration, and consultancy, contributing a well-rounded foundation in both technical and managerial skills, supported by an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
