Murat Nalcaci

Murat Nalcaci is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX and product design. Currently serving as the Local Leader at Interaction Design Foundation in Istanbul since January 2023, Nalcaci has held significant roles, including Design Lead at Insider and multiple leadership positions at Cisco from March 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities encompassed integrating design systems and enhancing user experiences across Webex products. Prior experience includes managing product design at Akbank, leading UX design at Azerion, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions at Kimlic, Libra Softworks, Preskafe A.Ş., and Caya Interactive. Nalcaci holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Istanbul University and previously studied Computer Information Science at Cleveland State University.
