Bo Kang

Bo Kang is an accomplished architectural design professional with extensive experience spanning over 18 years in various leadership roles across multiple firms. Currently serving as Associate Principal and Architectural Design Lead at Arcadis since August 2025, Bo has previously held positions such as Senior Project Designer at PBK and Senior Project Designer/Design Manager at Lee & Sakahara Architects, Inc., where expertise included managing design and entitlement processes for a variety of projects, including hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Notable past roles also include Senior Project Designer/AVP at JERDE, Design Director at 3MIX, and Associate Principal/Senior Project Designer at Callison, contributing to significant mixed-use developments and winning design competitions. Bo holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Hanyang University, complemented by military service as a Construction Engineer.
