Pamela Melo

Pamela Melo is a seasoned professional in client success and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at Insider since December 2023. Prior to this role, Pamela held the position of Head of Loyalty and Customer Retention at GAIA Design from March 2022 to November 2023. Earlier career experience includes various roles at MadeiraMadeira, ranging from Marketing Retention Coordinator to Digital Marketing Analyst, as well as positions at Gramercy Global Media and Globant as a Front-End Developer and Web Designer Intern, respectively. Pamela's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, a Web Design degree from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill, and a degree in Graphic Design from the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
