Sebastien Icardi

Sebastien Icardi currently serves as the VP of Customer Success for France & Benelux at Insider since October 2023. Previously, Sebastien held the position of Chief Product Officer at Bryj from September 2015 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing product vision and development. Additionally, Sebastien has extensive experience in customer success roles across multiple regions with FollowAnalytics, including VP of Customer Success & Professional Services and Head of Customer Success for EMEA & APAC, focusing on enhancing mobile marketing through machine learning. Earlier positions also encompass project management roles at Backelite, LiliJob, Charme & Traditions, and WildCard, providing a robust foundation in mobile marketing and web projects. Sebastien holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in E-business from MBA ESG and a Master’s in International Commerce from Stockholm University.
