Diana Hong, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2008, they started their career as a Product Consultant at Morningstar Investment Management. Diana later took on roles as a Data Analyst and Investment Analyst/Project Manager at the same company. In 2011, they became an Investment Consultant before leaving in 2015.

In 2016, Diana joined Acorns and worked as a Technical Project Manager and later as a Director of Product Management from 2017 to 2020. After Acorns, they joined Tala in 2020 as a Senior Technical Product Manager and stayed until 2021.

Following Tala, in 2021, Diana joined quin_ as the Director of Product. Diana then moved to Power in 2022 as a Senior Director of Product Operations and continued in the same role at Marqeta in 2023.
