Kaitlyn Helwig is an experienced professional in product development and project management within the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Development & Operations at GPI Beauty since July 2023, Kaitlyn has a substantial background that includes previous roles at GPI Beauty as Senior Director of Product Development & Project Management and Director of Product Development. Kaitlyn's prior experience includes positions at WWP Beauty as Director of Product Management and Senior Project Manager, as well as senior roles at HCT Group, where responsibilities included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Early career experience includes an internship as a Product Development Coordinator at Albéa Group and work as a Hair Stylist and Assistant at Salon Pure. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic and Fragrance Marketing with a minor in Economics and an Associate's degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications, both from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
