Frank Qiu

Frank Q. currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of USER, a position held since January 2015, focusing on user experience, digital transformation, and agile development. Prior to this role, Frank Q. was the Global UX Integration Manager at element14 Electronics from January 2011 to December 2014, and previously worked as the Senior Manager of User Experience at Singtel between January 2010 and January 2011. Additional experience includes serving as UX Manager at Creative Technology Ltd in 2009, Senior UX Design Specialist at HP from January 2008 to January 2009, and usability Lead at Autodesk from August 2006 to December 2007. Frank Q. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in User Experience and Human Factors from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Zhejiang University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, also from Zhejiang University.
