Michel Henss is a seasoned sales and customer success professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles and sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Usercentrics since January 2023, Michel also offers expertise as a Sales Coach and Consultant for scale-ups. A Reserveoffizier in the German Airforce since 2004, Michel’s previous positions include Chief Revenue Officer at Neticle, where management of a skilled sales team was a key focus, and Director of Strategic Partnerships at Tresorit, where the creation of new business units was successfully executed. Michel co-founded Gebrüder Henß UG, a music production company, and has held significant roles in Deutsche Telekom and Teleforte Hungaria Kft, among others. Educational credentials include studies at TU Dresden and Corvinus University of Budapest, complemented by military training at Offizierschule der Luftwaffe.
