Vasilis Papaspyropoulos has a wealth of experience in the IT field. Vasilis began their career in 2001 as a Computer Lab Assistant at Deree-The American College of Greece. In 2003, they became a Teaching Assistant at the same institution. In 2004, they began working as a Freelance I.T. Consulting for Small Enterprises, offering services such as network design and implementation, firewall configuration, router and switch security, and more. In 2009, they became a Systems Administration for the Hellenic Army, where they designed and implemented the server and network infrastructure, and created documentation and PowerShell scripts. In 2010, they began working as a Freelance I.T. Consulting for Small and Medium Enterprises, offering services such as distributed file system namespaces and replication, iSCSI storage configuration with failover clustering, and more. In 2016, they became a DevOps Engineer at wefixit | Creative Digital Agency | Web, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Performance Hosting. In 2020, they became a DevOps Engineer at Apifon. Vasilis is currently a Site Reliability Engineer at Userlane.

Vasilis Papaspyropoulos obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from The American College of Greece in 2004. Prior to this, they attended the University of Patras from 1998 to 2000, studying Mathematics. In October 2014, Vasilis obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching certification from Cisco.
