Katherine Martins

Katherine Martins currently serves as an Associate Program Manager for Culture & Experience at UserTesting since August 2022, previously holding the role of Talent Experience/DEI Specialist. Prior to this, Katherine worked at Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society as a Human Resources Assistant, where a notable achievement included the implementation of a program that increased diverse job applicants by 30%. Katherine also has experience from York University, having worked as a Dean Ambassador, facilitating events and engaging stakeholders to boost student enrollment in the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies, and as a Student Councillor advocating for student needs. Additionally, Katherine contributed as a Community Assistant at Campus Living Centres, providing support and conflict resolution for over 100 student residents. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Hons) from York University and current enrollment in a Master of Arts in Disability Studies at York University, having previously attended The University of British Columbia.
