Petrina Holoszyc

Petrina Holoszyc is an accomplished professional in customer success and experience, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Strategy and Operations at UserTesting. Previously, Petrina held various leadership roles at UserZoom, including Director of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Success. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Support and Customer Success at Validately, which was acquired by UserZoom, and as Senior Operations Manager at Validately. Additionally, Petrina worked as a Business Strategy Consultant and Project Manager within the Operational & Strategy Consultant framework. Petrina holds two master's degrees in International Relations from Monash University, earned between 2006 and 2009.
