Rich Schillbach

Rich Schillbach is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in leading sales teams across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Sales - Global Accounts at UserTesting since October 2019, Rich previously held the position of Regional Vice President - North America East at Reltio from May 2017 to October 2019. At Castlight Health, Rich was the Regional Vice President - Sales from June 2014 to May 2017, overseeing a strategic sales team for large enterprises in the Northeast USA. Prior roles include Regional Vice President - Sales at SAP SuccessFactors and Director of Sales at Juniper Networks and its predecessor companies. Rich boasts a solid educational background with a BS in Industrial Relations from Le Moyne College, earned between 1978 and 1982.
