Boriana Mladenova

Boriana Mladenova is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design, management, and creative leadership. Currently serving as a Product Designer at Speak and a Senior Product Designer at Toptal since 2020, Boriana also co-founded Ensparkle in May 2017. Previous experience includes a significant role as SW Design Lead at Wacom Europe GmbH from 2012 to 2017, overseeing design execution and new product development, and serving as Managing Partner and Design Lead at Gugga from 2003 to 2012. Boriana's career began as Art Director at Haemimont AD, focusing on art direction and user interface design. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture degree from Universitet po Arhitektura, Stroitelstvo i Geodezia, along with studies at Sofia Math High School and Erikson College.
