Pablo Ferreiro

Pablo Ferreiro is an experienced professional in sales, strategy, and operations with a strong background in the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as a GTM Advisor at Speak since January 2025, Pablo previously held prominent roles at ELSA, Corp, where responsibilities included leading B2B enterprise sales in the Americas and optimizing sales processes across multiple countries. As the Founder and CEO of Nord Learn, Pablo developed workforce reskilling programs aimed at transitioning frontline workers to digital roles. Earlier experience includes co-founding and serving as COO/CRO at Coderhouse, driving significant revenue growth, and working as an Implementation Consultant at Avature for leading global clients. Pablo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and a Master of Science in Management of Technology and Telecommunications Services from Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
