Joi Williams

Joi Williams has a successful and extensive work experience in various roles within the sports industry. Joi currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Men's Basketball at USF Athletics. Prior to this role, they worked as a Certified Life Coach at Patterson Sports Ventures, where they specialized in coaching professional and collegiate coaches and athletes. Joi also has experience as an Assistant AD for Women's Basketball at Mississippi State University and as the Director of Quality Control for Women's Basketball at Clemson University.

Joi's coaching career includes serving as an Assistant Coach for the WNBA's San Antonio Stars, Head Coach for Women's Basketball at UCF Athletics Association Inc., and Assistant Coach for USA Basketball. Joi also held coaching positions at Murray State University, Clemson University, and the University of Florida. Overall, Joi has a strong background in coaching and leadership within the sports industry.

Joi Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Sports Life Coach from Patterson Sports Ventures in May 2019.
