Silvia Lockwald MHRM has extensive experience in customer service management and business improvement across multiple leadership roles. Currently a Senior Manager for Business Improvement at USG since September 2013, Silvia has successfully led the implementation of various applications including a virtual call center for Verizon and new Oracle applications for the International department. Prior experience includes managing customer service teams at Honeywell Safety Products and directing teams at USG, enhancing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Silvia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst University.
