Kathleen Streit

Kathleen Streit is an experienced professional specializing in business process improvement and data governance. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement at HAVI since July 2014, Kathleen leads cross-functional initiatives to drive strategic process improvements and transformational change within the organization. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked at W.W. Grainger, Inc. for 14 years, holding various positions including Senior Manager of Customer Information Program Development, where solutions for Master Data Management were developed, and Senior Continuous Improvement Manager, focusing on designing new processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Kathleen has an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University.
