William Ospina

William Ospina has over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. From 1981 to 2001, they worked as a Sr. Material Specialist at Lithonia Lighting. From 2001 to 2005, they were a Production Control Manager at Firth Rixson. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Process Improvement Manager at Eldorado Stone, where they were responsible for production control, supply chain, and process improvement initiatives. During this time, they also conducted several Kaizen and Six Sigma projects and obtained a certification in Master Lean from BYU. From 2007 to 2012, they were a Supply Chain Manager at Jacuzzi Group Worldwide. Finally, from 2012 to present, they have been the Director of Manufacturing and Sr. Production Manager at USGI Medical.

William Ospina obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of La Verne in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management between 2002 and 2005. William also obtained a Master of Supply Chain Management from the University of La Verne in International Business/Trade/Commerce between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, they hold a Master Lean Manufacturing certification.
