Aarushi Agarwal

Aarushi Agarwal currently serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Usha International since September 2022. Prior to this role, Aarushi was a founder and entrepreneur in an e-commerce tech startup and advisory from February 2017 to July 2022. Previous experience includes serving as CMO and Vice President of Marketing, Communication, Strategy, and Product for Nissan Motor Corporation from January 2015 to November 2016, and as Regional Marketing Director for Philips in the Middle East and Turkey from December 2009 to November 2014. At Philips, Aarushi also held the position of Business Head for the Personal Care/Home & Wellness segment in India, achieving significant business growth and profitability. Earlier, Aarushi was Head of Marketing, Product, and Corporate Communication at Timex Group from May 2005 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a degree in Marketing in VUCA and Women Leaders from Babson College, leadership training from the Indian School of Business, and a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the Delhi School of Economics.
