Alok Shukla

Alok Shukla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development, education, and empowerment initiatives. Currently serving as Senior General Manager at Usha International Ltd since April 2021, Alok has spearheaded national women empowerment programs with a presence in all Indian states. Previous roles include General Manager and Deputy General Manager at Usha International, where Alok launched skills development initiatives and managed community development processes across 28 states and 4 Union Territories. Alok's career features significant contributions at organizations such as Mawana Sugars Ltd, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, and CARE, focusing on integrated rural development, education equity, and disaster response. Alok holds a Post Graduate degree and a Ph.D. in Sociology from Lucknow University.
