Ashish Dutta

Ashish Dutta is a seasoned procurement specialist with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently employed at Usha International since September 2016, Ashish leads procurement for commodities and Bill of Processes (BOPs) while developing and executing product and vendor strategies. Previously, as Senior Manager of Material Management at Havells India Ltd from September 2014 to September 2016, Ashish managed a significant procurement budget of INR 400 Cr for MCB and Switches manufacturing. In prior roles, Ashish contributed to strategic sourcing for a greenfield bus project at JBM Group, handled development and pricing for parts at VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, and oversaw sourcing and development of plastic and steel commodities at Subros Limited. Educational credentials include a degree in Mold Design from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET) and further studies at IACT Global.
