Shane Remington

Shane Remington is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at USHA Mercantile since September 2024, Shane leads the sales team and collaborates with development and marketing to enhance customer partnerships in the home interior textile manufacturing sector. Prior to this role, Shane was an Account Manager at MWW ON DEMAND, specializing in on-demand manufacturing for various product lines. Shane co-founded Peppermint, a lightweight Linux-based operating system, and also held leadership roles at Peppermint Media Group and Morris Broadband. Shane's extensive IT experience includes positions as Database Project Manager and System Integration Specialist at ECR Software Corporation, and IT Director at Hendersonville Community Co-op. Shane studied at High Point University and Blue Ridge Community College.
