David Losada Carballo

David Losada Carballo is the current Chief Technical Officer at Ushahidi, a non-profit technology company that specializes in developing open-source software for use in data collection, visualization, and mapping. David has previously served as a DevOps and Backend engineer at Lifestreams Technologies Corp., a Principal Operations Engineer at Bright & Shiny, and as the Head of Dev-Ops for modeista. In these positions, they were responsible for infrastructure strategy and implementation, as well as automation and integration of development and infrastructure across the project workflows. Prior to their work in DevOps, Carballo served as the managing director of Tuxpiper Technologies Kft and as a co-founder of Amplificat.
