Emilie Phillips

Emilie Phillips has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and machine learning. Emilie began their career in 2005 at iRobot, where they held several roles including Software Engineer and Principal Software Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for developing embedded software for various robots, refactoring and improving software quality, and designing application frameworks. Emilie also worked as a Sr. Research Scientist, where they developed software control of sensors and actuated peripherals for iRobot systems. Emilie then joined Sense in 2016 as a Machine Learning Engineer. Prior to their work at iRobot, they served as a Software Librarian at Cornell University Physics Department, where they oversaw the testing and maintenance of software packages. Overall, Emilie's experience showcases their expertise in software development, engineering, and research.
