Tammy Birchfield is an experienced professional currently serving as a Consumer Affairs Analyst and Team Lead for Offshore Resource and Pricing at US Health Group since May 2003. Responsibilities include overseeing offshore employees, providing training, auditing production and quality, and collaborating with the Information Services Department to set up and test new health insurance plans. Previously, Tammy held the position of Team Lead in the Claims Review Unit, where duties involved reviewing insurance claims for pre-existing conditions, managing medical records, and conducting investigations related to claims. Additionally, Tammy worked as a Claims Examiner and Claims Supervisor at CBCA from December 2002 to April 2003. Tammy Birchfield completed education at McLennan Community College from 1985 to 1988.
