Usher's New Look
Grace Lukan is a dedicated professional currently working in Corporate and Technology services at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. since March 2024, while also providing Classroom and Event Tech support at Bucknell University since March 2023. In the summer of 2023, Grace served as a Partnership Project Program Coordinator at Lean In and as a Programs Department Intern at Usher's New Look. Grace is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Computer Science at Bucknell University, having previously graduated with a High School Diploma from KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School in June 2022.

Usher's New Look is a non-profit that transforms the lives of under-resourced youth through a program that develops passion-driven leaders. Their three-tiered programming teaches teens how to find their spark, connect it to their studies, identify the right career, and be of service. Through their mentorship and leadership programs, they havetouched the lives of 50,000 teens and helped them discover their potential.
